These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. Placing an order means you accept them. They were last reviewed in September 2026.
This site is operated by Barkside Australia. References to we, us and our mean Barkside Australia. References to you mean the person browsing the site or placing the order.
We provide this website on an as-available basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
We describe products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative — colours render differently across screens and minor variations in finish or dimension occur between production batches. A minor variation of this kind is not a defect.
Where a product's suitability depends on your vehicle, your dog's measurements or your own circumstances, it is your responsibility to check the stated dimensions before ordering. We publish measurements so you can do exactly that, and we'll answer fit questions before you buy.
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We may change prices at any time, but a change after you've placed an order does not affect that order.
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a system or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it. We'll contact you before doing so.
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, not when you receive the order confirmation email. We may decline an order for reasons including stock availability, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot deliver to.
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider. We don't store your card details. If a payment is reversed or charged back after dispatch, we may recover the amount owing.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.
Our products are intended for domestic use with pets. You are responsible for supervising your animal and for using each product as described. We are not liable for injury or damage arising from misuse, modification, or use beyond a product's stated capacity.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid, at our election.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of use, arising from your use of this site or our products.
All text, photography, layout and branding on this site belong to Barkside Australia or our licensors. You may not reproduce or republish any of it commercially without written consent.
Where we link to an external site we do so for convenience. We don't control those sites and we're not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
